6 acres of Sun Hill pastures and agricultural barns are leased to Justin Bramhall, sole proprietor of “Leaping Bear Farm”, a diversified operation, combining livestock and produce. Justin uses regenerative practices to improve the soil, sequester carbon, and grow healthful food.
